Testimonials

I'm a Piedmont Federal Bank client and just wanted to thank you for your commitment to community, the priorities placed on People, Place, Planet, and the organization Women’s Business Network (WBN) at SG Atkins in Winston-Salem. At a time when so many people seem to be putting their efforts behind division, it means a lot to see the bank stand up for inclusion. I'm proud to do business with your bank.

Eileen L.

After falling victim to mortgage fraud and feeling hopeless, Michele and her team at Piedmont went above and beyond to help me. They guided me through every step, worked tirelessly, and restored my faith in great customer service. Their dedication wasn’t about the size of the loan—it was about doing what’s right. Thank you, Michele, for truly making a difference!

Thank you for the outstanding, relationship-focused service! Despite my hectic week with two sick kids, you went above and beyond to meet me at a convenient location and handle my banking needs seamlessly. This level of care keeps me trusting Piedmont Federal and reminds me of how important relationships are in business. I’ll be sharing my experience. Piedmont is setting a remarkable standard.

Supporting People, Place, and Planet

Piedmont Federal Bank has reinvested in our community, since 1903. That is the heart of what it means to be a community mutual bank—investing locally for local good. We reinvest into your communities so you are a part of this effort.

We have three focuses in our community impact: People, Place, and Planet to promote a more inclusive economy.

People

We support individuals and businesses in our community through initiatives that focus on economic growth and development. Our efforts include sponsoring events that foster entrepreneurship, teaching workshops on business and financial readiness, and providing mentoring opportunities to help business owners succeed.

Planet

Our sustainability efforts include supporting environmentally-focused events, encouraging green building practices, and offering innovative programs to promote sustainable homeownership. These efforts help protect our environment and build awareness of eco-friendly practices in our community.

Place

We are committed to building strong communities through financial wellness education, volunteerism, and connecting local organizations with collaborative partners. Additionally, we support initiatives that help individuals and communities grow by providing financial resources and guidance.

We belong to each other, and giving back is who we are through sponsorships and grants.
