eStatements are a feature of Piedmont Federal’s Online Banking service that provides you 24-hour access to view your statements. eStatements are available for the following account types: Checking, Statement Savings, Money Market, Mortgages and Prime Equity Lines.

Piedmont Federal’s Bill Pay is a free online service for our customers*. It is a fast, safe, and convenient tool to help you manage your bills. Payments can be sent to any business or person. You are in control of when payments are sent and you choose the date and amount of payments. If you prefer, you can set up recurring payments.

What you can do

  • Easily set up payees (billers) in one location.
  • Schedule payments quickly and easily once, occasionally, or regularly.

To be a Piedmont Federal bill pay user, you will need to have an eligible checking account and enroll in Online Banking.

How it works:

  • 1. Log in to the Piedmont Federal Mobile App.
  • 2. Select “Deposit Check” from the menu.
  • 3. Select the account to receive the deposit and enter the amount of the check.
  • 4. Endorse the back of the check with your signature, “Mobile Deposit Only” and the last four digits of your account number.
  • 5. Take photo against a background with a strong contrast between the check and the surrounding area.
  • 6. Both the front and the back of each check must be transmitted to the Bank.
  • 7. Submit check.

Deposit Limits and Cut off Times:

To get started, simply log into online banking and click on Service Center and open ReceipTrak. You will be prompted to register with a receipt email address specifically designed for you. After that, you can snap a photo or download your receipt.

You can create folders for different categories to capture details of the receipt, including expense type. You will be able to upload receipts via your photo library, saved file or you can take a picture directly from your mobile or tablet device.
